RILEY, LESSOR-100% PRESIDENT & TREASURER, TIM RUTH, LESSEE, ARON YAKIMA, AGENT, are requesting a Special Use Permit for a Residential Lease-Hold.  This case concerns an approximate parcel size of 10,900 square feet of a 60-acre A-1 zoned property that borders the Kankakee River and is generally located at the end of Phillips Road and Kelley Road in Wilmington Township.  There is already a single-family residence on the applicant’s leased area, however the applicant would like to add a garage and needs to bring the leased area into compliance prior to permit issuance.  The following recommendations have been made:
