Ann Dralle, District 3 (R-Lemont)
Originally elected to the Will County Board in 1998, Ann Dralle was previously a DuPage Township Trustee for ten years (1988 to 1998). As one of the board's most involved members, she currently chairs the Judicial Committee and vice chairs the Capital Improvements Committee. She also has a seat on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Technology Ad Hoc Committee. Previous committees include Legislative as well as Policy & Procedure. Ann is passionate about criminal justice with a focus on children and juveniles. In 2002, she was appointed as a commissioner on the State of Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission. She is also a board member of the Will County Juvenile Justice Council and the Will County Children's Advocacy Center. Dralle is actively involved as a board member of the Will County Forest Preserve and chairs the Land Acquisition Committee. She also has a seat on the Executive Committee and Operations Committee. Dralle spends a great deal of time volunteering and serving for many community and civic organizations, including Community Christian Church, Will County Area Chamber of Commerce, board member of Rachelfind, advisory board member of Take Back the Night, Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce, Naperville League of Women Voters, and Romeoville Youth Outreach Commission. Ann is a successful small business owner of A.J. Dralle, Inc., a manufacturer of air filters located in Joliet. She is married to Jim and the proud parent of three children. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a BA in Speech Pathology/Psychology and an MA from the University of Illinois.
