Suzanne was elected to the board in 2010.  She currently serves on the Judicial Committee, Legislative & Policy Committee, and Public Health & Safety Committee.

Hart has been a resident of Naperville for 15 years after moving to the suburb from Chicago. She was elected to the Naperville Park District Board in 2007, reelected in 2009, and served a term as president. She resigned her seat prior to being sworn-in to the county board. During her tenure, she was the recipient of the Illinois Association of Park District’s “Rising Star” award.

Hart is actively involved in the community as a member of the Naperville Junior Woman’s Club, Grow Republican Women Organization, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, and serves as a Wheatland Township precinct committeeman. She is also a past member of the Wheatland Township Plan Commission. Hart is a graduate of Southeastern University in Florida. She currently works as an account representative for Payflex. She has been married to her husband Leo for 22 years. They have three children, Megan, Gaby and Julia.
