As a resident of Will County for more than three decades, Jim Moustis has witnessed the explosive development that has made the county one of the fastest growing places in America. He places a premium on listening to his constituents and bringing their concerns before the board.
Moustis has served on the board since 1992. And was twice elected Speaker of the board. He also holds office as the Supervisor of Frankfort Township. Moustis currently resides in Frankfort. He has six children and eleven grandchildren. Other community service:
