.Rachel Ventura of Joliet was elected to the Will County Board in 2018 to represent the residents of District 9. Rachel is the business director for Legendary Games.

Rachel graduated from Joliet Central High School and went on to receive a Math degree from Benedictine University in Lisle and a Biology degree from Tidewater College in Virgina.

Rachel is a single mom of twin girls, Lily and Eve. When she is not taking their dogs, Creamy and Chocolate, to the dog park she enjoys reading or traveling. Rachel also directs the Drunk'n Gnome Show at the Bicentennial Park every December.
