Mike Fricilone of Homer Glen was first elected to the Will County Board in 2012 to represent the residents of District 7 and was elected Minority Leader in 2018. He is a 31 year resident of Will County.

Fricilone is the executive director of Midwest Office Interiors in Woodridge. He is a graduate of Knox College in Galesburg, IL.

Fricilone is actively involved in his community serving as the president of the Lockport High School Foundation, vice-president of the Order Sons of Italy in America, and a member of the finance committee of his church.

Mike has been married to his wife Barb for 41 years. They have three grown children, Amy, Paul and Thomas, in addition to a son-in-law, Duane, and daughter-in-law, Marina. Mike is also the proud grandfather of Josie, Jonas, Aria, Henry and twins Ella and Harper.
