Will County Board to Condense July Committee Meeting Calendar
 
JOLIET - The Will County Board will condense its July committee meeting calendar to address scheduling issues and make time available for summer breaks during what is shaping up to be a busy summer month.
 
The July meeting schedule will be as follows:
 
Cancellations

• Thursday, July 2:          Public Health and Safety Committee
• Tuesday, July 7:            Public Works and Transportation Committee

                                           Capital Improvements and IT Committee
                                           Finance Committee
                                           Legislative Committee
 
Re-Scheduled Meetings

• Land Use and Development Committee
  • Rescheduled to 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 9 in the County Board Room, 302 N. Chicago Street, downtown Joliet.
  • Originally scheduled for Thursday, July 2

 
Executive Committee:

• The Executive Committee will meet on Thursday, July 9 at 11 a.m. – or immediately following the Land Use and Development Committee Meeting.
• All action items that would have been placed on a cancelled July Committee Meeting will be discussed at the Executive Committee Meeting.

 
Committee of the Whole

• Scheduled for 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14 in the County Board Room.
• The County Board will discuss a proposal to create a Will County Land Bank.

 
Will County Board

• The full Will County Board will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 16 in the County Board Room.

 
All cancellations and rescheduled meetings, including meeting agendas, will be posted on the Will County Board website at willcountyboard.com in accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
